Monmouth & Ocean counties, New Jersey
NextHome Shore Success helps buyers, sellers, investors and real estate professionals throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our brokerage combines local market knowledge, responsive leadership, modern technology and personal service.
Start here
Seven doors into the brokerage. Every one of them is a real page with real information behind it.
Property search
We do not run a second, slower copy of the MLS here. Search Homes takes you straight to nexthomeshoresuccess.com, the official NextHome Shore Success property search, where the data is live and you can save searches and set alerts.
For buyers
We handle the parts of a purchase that decide whether it goes smoothly: buyer consultation, property search, offer strategy, negotiation, inspection coordination, mortgage and title coordination, and closing preparation — with local market guidance at each step.
For sellers
Pricing analysis, property preparation, photography, online marketing, showing coordination, offer analysis, negotiation, transaction management and closing support. We will tell you what the market is actually doing, including when it is not what you hoped.
Our listings
Rather than reprint listing data that goes stale, we send you to the live brokerage listing results — accurate status, accurate price, updated with the MLS.
Communities
Each guide is a real page about the town — housing, geography, getting around, what to think about as a buyer or seller. The property search button on each guide sends you to live results.

Our team
NextHome Shore Success is a small brokerage, and that is deliberate. You will not be passed between a listing coordinator, a showing assistant and a transaction manager who have never seen your house. The agent you meet is the agent who negotiates your contract and the one who answers the phone the night before closing.
Our agents — Christine Barillari, Larry Iannuzzi, Nina Rogers and Phoenix La Rocca — work across Monmouth and Ocean counties, and each brings a different background to the table. Because we are small, they have direct access to the broker on anything unusual, which matters more than most people realize until the deal that needs it comes along.
Every agent keeps their profile, live listings and contact form on our property search site, where the information is current. That is the roster we point you to rather than maintaining a second copy here that could quietly fall out of date.
Working with us
Not sure who to ask for? Call the office and describe what you are trying to do — we will point you to whoever actually fits, including telling you when that is someone at another brokerage entirely.
Nina and Christine host a short video series answering the questions clients ask most about buying and selling at the Shore.
The brokerage
NextHome Shore Success is based in Sea Girt and serves clients and real estate professionals throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties. Broker/Owner Rob Canfield is based in the Brick area and has extensive experience in Ocean and Monmouth County real estate.
Rob is also a licensed New Jersey real estate instructor, which shapes how this brokerage runs: agents get direct broker access and straight answers, and clients get explanations instead of jargon. Decisions are made here, not at a regional office.
For real estate professionals
Whether you are already licensed, thinking about the license, or just curious what the job is really like.
For licensed New Jersey agents. Compare commission plans, training, broker access, technology and agent support. There is an income calculator and license-transfer guidance on the careers site.
The general path to a New Jersey real estate salesperson license: education, the examination, application and sponsorship. We explain the process — we are not the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and we do not issue licenses.
An evening session for people considering real estate: licensing requirements, education, testing, choosing a brokerage, realistic income expectations, startup expenses, and what the daily work involves. Bring questions.
Working together
A New Jersey closing involves an attorney, a lender, a title company, a home inspector and an insurance agent. We coordinate communication among them so the transaction keeps moving and nothing sits waiting on someone's desk.
These are independently owned and operated businesses. They are not owned by, affiliated with, or controlled by NextHome Shore Success, and we receive no compensation for referring you to them unless that is separately and clearly disclosed to you in writing.
Your choice
You are free to choose your own attorney, lender, title company, home inspector and insurance provider. You are never required to use a provider we suggest, and using one is not a condition of any service we offer. If you would rather bring your own professionals, that is completely normal and we will work with them.
Client feedback
We do not reprint reviews here. You can read client testimonials on our property search site, where they are collected and dated.
Common questions
Our licensed brokerage office is at 1330 Laurel Ave, Ste 204, Sea Girt, NJ 08750. We serve clients and real estate professionals throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties. Broker/Owner Rob Canfield is based in the Brick area and has extensive experience in Ocean and Monmouth County real estate.

No. An automated estimate is a starting point generated from public and market data. It is not an appraisal and it is not a comparative market analysis. Pricing a home for the current market usually requires an agent to review condition, recent comparable sales and what is actively competing with you.
Yes. A buyer consultation is useful months before you plan to move — it is when financing, timing and search criteria get sorted out, which is exactly the work that prevents a rushed decision later.
Rob Canfield handles those conversations directly and confidentially. Start at our careers page or the careers site.
