NextHome Shore Success is a small brokerage, and that is deliberate. You will not be passed between a listing coordinator, a showing assistant and a transaction manager who have never seen your house. The agent you meet is the agent who negotiates your contract and the one who answers the phone the night before closing.
Our agents — Christine Barillari, Larry Iannuzzi, Nina Rogers and Phoenix La Rocca — work across Monmouth and Ocean counties, and each brings a different background to the table. Because we are small, they have direct access to the broker on anything unusual, which matters more than most people realize until the deal that needs it comes along.

Where is NextHome Shore Success located?
Our licensed brokerage office is at 1330 Laurel Ave, Ste 204, Sea Girt, NJ 08750. We serve clients and real estate professionals throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties. Broker/Owner Rob Canfield is based in the Brick area and has extensive experience in Ocean and Monmouth County real estate.
Where do I search for homes?
All live property search runs on our property search website, nexthomeshoresuccess.com. That is where you will find current MLS listings, saved searches, listing alerts and open houses. This site is our marketing and local-information hub; it does not host MLS data.
Is the online home value estimate an appraisal?
No. An automated estimate is a starting point generated from public and market data. It is not an appraisal and it is not a comparative market analysis. Pricing a home for the current market usually requires an agent to review condition, recent comparable sales and what is actively competing with you.
Do you work with buyers who are not ready yet?
Yes. A buyer consultation is useful months before you plan to move — it is when financing, timing and search criteria get sorted out, which is exactly the work that prevents a rushed decision later.
